This Refund Policy describes Our policies and procedures on processing your refunds when you use our platform.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
A Driver or Agent can cancel a booking anytime before the driver is available at the pickup location and before the "Pickup Ride" button has been clicked. After the "Pickup Ride" button is clicked, no booking cancellation can be done through the app.
Booking Cancellation by Agent:
If a booking is cancelled by the agent's device before pickup by the driver, all amount paid by the driver will be instantly refunded back to the driver.
Booking Cancellation by Driver:
In case a booking is cancelled by the driver before pickup, an amount of not more than 50% of the total amount paid by the driver is deducted as cancellation charges. An amount of around 30% to 50% is divided between the agent and the company depending upon the circumstances of the booking cancellation.
